What syncs
Exact sync behavior depends on your integration configuration on the QuickBooks settings page.
Configuration options
After connecting, configure:- Payment terms mapping — match Keystone terms to QuickBooks terms
- Custom field mapping — map invoice fields to QuickBooks custom fields
- Deposit account — where payments are recorded
- Shipping item — QuickBooks item used for shipping charges
- Tax codes — sales tax handling for invoice push

Production vs. sandbox
