Who this is for: Brand administrators. Go to Settings → Integrations → Flexport.
The Flexport integration pulls purchase orders from Flexport into Keystone. Open POs can feed incoming inventory when configured under Settings → Inventory.

Prerequisites

  • A Flexport account with purchase order API access
  • Keystone brand administrator access

Connecting Flexport

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations and open Flexport.
  2. Choose your environment (Production or Sandbox).
  3. Select an authentication method:
  1. Enter the base URL (defaults to https://api.flexport.com).
  2. Click Connect — Keystone verifies credentials and PO API access before saving.
Secrets are write-only after save. The form shows masked placeholders instead of echoing credentials back.

Syncing purchase orders

After connecting:
  • Click Sync now for a delta sync of recent POs.
  • Use Full backfill to pull historical purchase orders (may take longer on large accounts).
Synced POs appear in Keystone and can drive incoming inventory dates when mapped under Settings → Inventory → On-order incoming.

Verifying

The integration card shows connection status and last sync time. Confirm open PO lines appear in Reports → Incoming Inventory or on ATS after inventory refresh.

Disconnecting

Disconnect stops future PO syncs. Historical PO data already in Keystone is retained.
