Who this is for: Brand administrators. Go to Settings → Integrations → Lynk.
Lynk is a warehouse management API (https://api.lynksupplychain.com production, https://api.stage-lynksupplychain.com staging). Connecting an API key does not start exclusive OMS replace or every sync — each write path is an independent toggle.

Independent toggles

If push orders is on and embroidery merge is off, Lynk replaces Shopify as the OMS (same exclusive pattern as Luminous). Luminous push and Lynk push cannot both be on. Embroidery merge is the only dual-write: individual Shopify orders stay on fulfillment hold. A Lynk CLOSED fulfillment is warehouse → embroiderer. Keystone stores tracking on the embroidery batch and does not create customer item_fulfillments or auto-fulfill Shopify.

Embroidery path (Dr Woof)

  1. Turn on Embroidery merge. Set embroiderer ship-to (address, city, email). Optionally set eligibility tags (default embroidery).
  2. Eligible pending orders still go to Shopify and are tagged Lynk-embroidery with fulfillment orders held.
  3. Confirm designs, then merge selected orders. Keystone POSTs a Lynk sales order to the embroiderer.
  4. Hourly fulfillment sync (or Sync fulfillments) pulls Lynk status/tracking onto the batch. Shopify children remain unfulfilled.

Connecting

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations → Lynk.
  2. Choose Production or Staging.
  3. Enter your Lynk API key (Bearer) and Test connection.
  4. Save, then turn on only the toggles you need. Connecting a key alone does not enable exclusive OMS.
  5. For incoming inventory or in-stock now, map sources under Settings → Inventory.
The API key is write-only after save. The form shows a masked placeholder instead of echoing the secret.
