Who this is for: Brand users, reps, and account (buyer) users. Your dashboard layout and available widgets depend on your role.
The Dashboard is the first screen after sign-in. It surfaces the metrics and tables most relevant to your role — sales performance for brand users and reps, or your own orders and invoices for buyers.

Brand users and reps

When you first log in, the dashboard typically includes widgets such as: Additional widgets you can turn on include Rep Sales Matrix, At-Risk Accounts, Order Follow-Up Required, Top SKUs, Commissions MTD, Sales Territory Map, and more.

Account (buyer) users

Buyer dashboards focus on your own account:

Customizing your dashboard

Every user can personalize their own layout:
  1. Click Customize in the top-right corner of the dashboard.
  2. Toggle widgets on or off, drag to reorder, and resize tiles.
  3. Click Save layout to keep your changes.
Your layout is personal — changes you make do not affect other team members. See Dashboard customization for the full widget list and tips.

Refreshing data

Dashboard data refreshes automatically as you use the app. Most metrics use a few minutes of caching, so very recent changes may take a moment to appear.
