Who this is for: Brand users and reps. Available when campaigns are enabled for your brand.
Email campaigns help you reach retail accounts with reorder reminders, best-seller highlights, re-engagement messages, and seasonal promotions — using live sales data to choose the audience.

Creating a campaign

  1. Go to Campaigns in the left sidebar.
  2. Click New Campaign.
  3. Choose a campaign type:
  1. Set audience criteria — filter by days since last order, minimum YTD sales, growth status, and more.
  2. Preview the audience count and sample recipients.
  3. Configure the email template, subject line, and sender.
  4. Review and send (or save as a draft).

Audience selection

Campaign audiences are built from your account data, not a manual contact list. Criteria vary by campaign type:
  • Reorder Reminder — accounts past a minimum number of days since their last order
  • Best Sellers — accounts with enough YTD sales to surface meaningful product recommendations
  • Re-engagement — accounts dormant for a configurable number of days
  • Seasonal — accounts filtered by season and sales thresholds
The estimated recipient count updates as you adjust filters.

Sending and tracking

After you send a campaign:
  • Track delivery and engagement on the campaign’s detail page.
  • View Analytics for attributed orders linked to the campaign.
  • Pause or archive campaigns you no longer need.
Campaign links sent to buyers can include expiry settings (default: 7 days).

Email configuration (brand admins)

Brand administrators configure outbound email under Email settings — senders, reply-to, and the do-not-email list.
Do not email contacts on the do-not-email list. Respect unsubscribe and bounce flags to stay compliant with CAN-SPAM and similar regulations.
  • Reports — analyze sales and reorder patterns before building a campaign
  • Gus (AI assistant) — ask Gus to help draft outreach copy
