# Platform Settings

> Turn features on or off for your brand's Keystone workspace.

  **Who this is for:** Brand users. Only **Administrators** can change these settings.

**Platform Settings** control which optional features appear in the app for your entire brand. Go to **Settings → Platform Settings**.

## Available toggles

| Setting                        | What it controls                                                                                                                                                                                                        |

| **Show Forecasts**             | **Forecasts** in the sidebar, forecast charts on the dashboard, and forecast-related reports                                                                                                                            |
| **Enable Marketing Campaigns** | **Campaigns** in the sidebar and the ability to create and send email campaigns                                                                                                                                         |
| **Show Product Costs to Reps** | Whether reps can see product cost and margin information                                                                                                                                                                |
| **Simplified Buyer View**      | Buyers land on Catalog Order with a slim nav (only active when order placement is also on)                                                                                                                              |
| **Enable MCP (AI clients)**    | **Pro/Enterprise:** lets brand users and reps connect Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT, and other MCP clients for **read-only** Keystone access (same tools as [Gus](/features/ai-assistant)). Basic plans keep Gus in-app only. |

Changes take effect after you click **Save**. Team members may need to refresh the page to see updated navigation. MCP sign-in checks plan + flag at login time — turning MCP off or dropping to Basic blocks new connections and data tool calls.

After you enable MCP, share the [Connecting clients](/mcp/connecting-clients) guide with your team (or point them to **Settings → MCP connections** in the app for the URL and setup link).

## Ordering placement

**Order placement** (catalog ordering, draft orders, catalogs builder) is a separate tenant setting managed by the Keystone team — not from this screen. If ordering features are missing, contact [support@keystoneb2b.io](mailto:support@keystoneb2b.io).

## Who can edit

Managers and viewers can open Platform Settings but see a read-only view. Only brand **Administrators** can save changes.
