# Brand Settings

> Configure colors, fonts, logo, and styling for catalogs and invoice PDFs.

<Note>
  **Who this is for:** Brand users. Editing requires brand administrator or manager access depending on your tenant setup.
</Note>

**Brand Settings** control how your brand looks in digital catalogs and Keystone invoice PDFs. Go to **Settings → Brand Settings**.

## What you can configure

### Colors

Set your brand palette used across catalog pages and documents:

| Field          | Used for                  |
| -------------- | ------------------------- |
| **Primary** | Headings, key UI accents |
| **Secondary**  | Supporting elements       |
| **Accent**     | Buttons and highlights    |
| **Text**       | Body copy color           |
| **Background** | Page and card backgrounds |

### Fonts

Choose **heading** and **body** font families from the available catalog font list. Preview how they look on sample catalog text before saving.

### Logo

Select a logo from **Brand Assets** or upload a new image. The logo appears on catalog covers and invoice PDFs.

### Header and footer text

Set default **header** and **footer** copy that appears on catalog pages unless overridden in the catalog editor.

### Product availability badges

Customize labels and colors for **In Stock** and **Pre-Order** badges shown on shoppable product cards in catalogs. Leave blank to use Keystone defaults.

## Where branding appears

| Surface                  | Effect                                                      |
| ------------------------ | ----------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Catalogs** | Cover, headers, product cards, and share links |
| **Invoice PDFs** | Brand colors and logo on generated invoices |
| **Public catalog links** | Buyers see your brand styling when browsing shared catalogs |

Individual catalogs can override some display choices in the catalog editor without changing these defaults.
