# Shopify Integration

> Connect a Shopify store to sync products, orders, customers, and inventory.

<Note>
  **Who this is for:** Brand users with **Administrator** access. You need admin access to both Shopify and Keystone.
</Note>

The Shopify integration syncs your Shopify catalog, customers, and orders into Keystone. Inventory quantities from Shopify can feed your sellable-inventory calculation when configured under **Settings → Inventory**.

## Prerequisites

* A Shopify store with products and inventory tracking enabled
* Shopify admin access to install apps from the **Shopify App Store**
* Keystone brand administrator access

## Setup overview

Keystone connects through the public **Keystone B2B** Shopify app (OAuth). You do not create a custom app or paste Admin API tokens.

### In Shopify

1. Log into your **Shopify Admin**.
2. Open **Apps** and search for **Keystone B2B**, or install from the [Shopify App Store listing](https://apps.shopify.com/keystoneb2b-io).
3. Click **Install** and approve the requested permissions.
4. Complete the onboarding wizard (brand name, admin email, and plan selection).

### In Keystone

1. Sign in at [app.keystoneb2b.io](https://app.keystoneb2b.io).
2. Go to **Settings → Integrations → Shopify**.
3. Confirm your store shows as **Connected** after onboarding completes.
4. Wait for the initial sync to finish — large catalogs may take several minutes.

## How inventory maps to regions

When Shopify is configured as an inventory source under **Settings → Inventory**, Keystone maps Shopify locations to USA and Canada regions based on each location's country in Shopify.

* Multiple US locations are summed into a single USA quantity.
* Locations outside supported countries are excluded unless configured otherwise.

## Purchase orders and incoming inventory

Shopify does not natively provide PO arrival dates. To populate incoming inventory:

* Configure **on-order incoming** sources under **Settings → Inventory** (e.g., Luminous purchase orders or Deposco).
* Open Shopify **Transfers** with expected dates may also contribute depending on your setup.

## Verifying the connection

After connecting, confirm:

* **Initial sync in progress** or **Connected** status on the Shopify integration card
* Products and customers appear in Keystone
* ATS quantities match expectations for a sample SKU

Use **Settings → Inventory → Refresh inventory** after changing warehouse mappings.

## Disconnecting

Disconnecting stops future syncs from Shopify. Historical data already in Keystone is retained. Contact [support@keystoneb2b.io](mailto:support@keystoneb2b.io) if you need data cleared after switching sources.
