# Integrations Overview

> Connect Keystone B2B to Shopify, QuickBooks, warehouses, and EDI partners.

<Note>
  **Who this is for:** Brand users. Most integration setup requires **Administrator** tier access.
</Note>

Keystone connects to the systems your brand already uses for products, orders, inventory, and accounting. Go to **Settings → Integrations** to see available connections and their status.

## Available integrations

| Integration | What it does | Setup guide |
| --------------------- | ------------------------------------------ | -------------------------------------- |
| **Shopify**           | Products, customers, orders, and inventory | [Shopify](/integrations/shopify)       |
| **QuickBooks Online** | Invoice and customer sync                  | [QuickBooks](/integrations/quickbooks) |
| **Deposco**           | Warehouse on-hand inventory                | [Deposco](/integrations/deposco)       |
| **Luminous**          | Full ERP sync                              | [Luminous](/integrations/luminous)     |
| **CRSTL**             | EDI PO acknowledgements and invoicing      | [CRSTL](/integrations/crstl)           |
| **Flexport**          | Purchase order sync for incoming inventory | [Flexport](/integrations/flexport)     |

Your brand may not use every integration. Only configured connections appear on your integrations hub.

## Setting up an integration

1. Go to **Settings → Integrations**.
2. Click the integration card you want to connect.
3. Follow the in-app setup guide for that system.
4. Use **Test & Connect** (or equivalent) to verify credentials.
5. Confirm the initial sync completes — large catalogs may take a few minutes.

Each integration card shows connection status and last sync time when available.

## Inventory and partner API

Inbound integrations (Shopify, Deposco, etc.) feed your sellable inventory calculation. Outbound partner access uses the separate [Inventory API](/inventory-api/overview) — retailers query your stock with API keys issued by the Keystone team. See [API keys](/integrations/api-keys).

## Monitoring

* Check integration status on the card in **Settings → Integrations**.
* Inventory refresh status is on **Settings → Inventory**.
* If a sync fails repeatedly, Keystone notifies your brand's primary contact.
