# Luminous Integration

> Connect Luminous ERP to sync products, orders, inventory, and purchase orders.

Luminous is a full ERP connector. It syncs products, companies, contacts, sales orders, invoices, fulfillments, returns, purchase orders, and inventory into the same tables Keystone uses for Shopify-backed brands.

## Prerequisites

* A Luminous account with API access
* API key and base URL from your Luminous environment
* Keystone brand administrator access

## Connecting Luminous

1. Go to **Settings → Integrations → Luminous**.
2. Enter your **base URL** and **API key**.
3. Click **Test & Connect** — Keystone validates the key before saving.
4. Run the **initial sync** when prompted. Large catalogs may take several minutes.
5. Configure sync channel options and incremental sync settings on the same page.

  The API key is shown only at entry time. After save, the form displays a masked placeholder.

## Sync cadence

After the initial sync, Luminous data refreshes on a **15-minute** incremental schedule for most entity types.

**Deletes:** Hard deletes in Luminous are picked up on a **full (initial) ingest** reconcile — not on the 15-minute incremental. After each successful full ingest of a resource, Keystone compares live Luminous IDs to stored raw rows and soft-hides or cancels orphans (products become catalog-ineligible; purchase orders are cancelled). Incremental sync only sees updated records that still exist.

## Rep assignments

For Luminous brands, sales reps are assigned **in Luminous**, not in Keystone's **Assign Reps** tool. Keystone picks up rep assignments on the next Luminous sync.

## Catalog include tags

The Luminous integration page includes **Catalog include tags** settings — control which product tags determine catalog visibility when building order catalogs.

## Inventory

Luminous purchase orders can feed **on-order incoming** inventory under **Settings → Inventory**. Configure incoming PO sources per region after the first sync completes.

## Disconnecting

Use **Disconnect** to stop future syncs. Contact [support@keystoneb2b.io](mailto:support@keystoneb2b.io) if you need historical Luminous data cleared.
