# Deposco Integration

> Connect Deposco WMS to sync on-hand warehouse inventory into Keystone.

<Note>
  **Who this is for:** Brand administrators. Go to **Settings → Integrations → Deposco**.
</Note>

The Deposco integration pulls on-hand inventory from your Deposco WMS into Keystone. Synced quantities feed your sellable-inventory calculation when Deposco is configured as the **in-stock now** source under **Settings → Inventory**.

## Prerequisites

* A Deposco account with API access
* Deposco tenant code and warehouse list
* Keystone brand administrator access

## Connecting Deposco

1. Go to **Settings → Integrations → Deposco**.
2. Choose your authentication mode (**Basic Auth** or **OAuth2**).
3. Enter your Deposco credentials and environment (production or sandbox).
4. List the warehouse codes to include in the sync.
5. Click **Test connection** — save is enabled only after a successful test in the current session.
6. Click **Save**.

<Warning>
  Credentials are write-only after save. The form shows masked placeholders instead of echoing passwords or secrets back.
</Warning>

## Sync cadence

Deposco inventory syncs on an **hourly** schedule. After connecting, allow up to an hour for the first scheduled pull, or trigger a refresh from **Settings → Inventory**.

## Inventory mapping

After Deposco connects:

1. Go to **Settings → Inventory**.
2. Set **In-stock now** to use Deposco for the appropriate region (USA, Canada, or both).
3. Map warehouse location names to regions if needed.
4. Click **Refresh inventory** to recalculate sellable quantities.

## Disconnecting

Use **Disconnect** on the Deposco card to stop future syncs. Historical inventory data already in Keystone is retained.
