# Catalog Creator

> Build, publish, and share digital product catalogs for wholesale buyers.

<Note>
  **Who this is for:** Brand users and reps. Available when **order placement** is enabled. Brand users see all catalogs; reps see brand-published templates plus catalogs they created.
</Note>

Catalogs are interactive, branded product lookbooks. Buyers can browse from a share link and — when ordering is enabled — add items to a cart and submit an order.

## Creating a catalog

1. Go to **Catalogs** in the left sidebar.
2. Click **New Catalog**.
3. Enter a name and choose a starting point:
   * **Blank** — build from scratch
   * **Template** — start from a brand-published layout (reps)
   * **Duplicate** — copy an existing catalog
4. Click **Create** to open the catalog editor.

## Catalog editor

The editor has a **product library** on one side and a **page canvas** on the other.

### Adding products

Drag SKUs from the product library onto the canvas, or use the add control on a product block. Each block shows product image, name, SKU, pricing, and available variants.

You can override display name, image, or price for the catalog without changing your live product data.

### Pages and sections

Catalogs are organized into pages with section headers, product grids, and free-text blocks. Reorder pages from the page panel at the bottom of the editor.

### Branding

Brand administrators set default catalog styling under [Brand Settings](/settings/branding) (colors, fonts, logo). Individual catalogs can override cover imagery and layout within the editor.

## Publishing and sharing

1. When your catalog is ready, **publish** it from the catalog list or editor.
2. Click **Share** to copy the public catalog URL.
3. Send the link to buyers by email or embed it in a campaign.

Published catalogs are viewable at a public URL without a Keystone login. Buyers with ordering enabled can place orders directly from the catalog.

<Tip>
  Unpublished catalogs are only visible to you and your brand team. Publish before sharing a link with buyers.
</Tip>

## Catalog list actions

From the **Catalogs** page you can:

| Action                  | What it does                           |
| ----------------------- | -------------------------------------- |
| **Edit** | Open the catalog editor |
| **Duplicate**           | Create a copy as a starting point      |
| **Publish / Unpublish** | Control whether the share link is live |
| **Delete** | Remove a catalog you no longer need |
