# Brand Assets

> Upload, organize, and download brand media files in Keystone B2B.

<Note>
  **Who this is for:** Brand users, reps, and account (buyer) users. Only brand users can upload and manage files; reps and buyers can browse and download.
</Note>

**Brand Assets** is a shared media library for catalogs, logos, marketing files, videos, and links. Reps and buyers use it to find brand-approved materials without emailing files back and forth.

## Opening brand assets

Go to **Brand Assets** in the left sidebar.

## Browsing assets

Filter by category using the tabs:

| Category       | Typical content                         |
| -------------- | --------------------------------------- |
| **All Assets** | Everything in the library |
| **Catalogs** | PDF or image catalog files |
| **Logos** | Brand logos and marks |
| **Videos** | YouTube or Vimeo embeds |
| **Marketing** | Campaign images, lookbooks, sell sheets |
| **Other**      | Miscellaneous files                     |

Use the search bar to find assets by name, description, tags, or folder. Filter by folder with the folder dropdown. Switch between grid and list view.

## Previewing & downloading

Click a file thumbnail to open a preview (images and PDFs inline; other files offer download). Use **Download** to save a copy. Video and link assets open in a new tab.

## Uploading (brand users)

Brand users see upload controls at the top of the page:

| Action           | What it does                                                      |
| ---------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Upload files** | Add one or more images (including SVG), PDFs, Excel, or CSV files |
| **Add video** | Paste a YouTube or Vimeo URL |
| **Add link** | Save an external URL as a bookmarked asset |

A **storage usage** bar shows how much of your brand's quota is in use. Select multiple assets to hide, show, move to a folder, or delete in bulk. Edit an asset to change its category, metadata, or replace the underlying file.

<Tip>
  Organize assets into the right category when uploading so reps and buyers can find them quickly.
