# Dashboard Overview

> A tour of the Keystone B2B dashboard and what each role sees.

<Note>
  **Who this is for:** Brand users, reps, and account (buyer) users. Your dashboard layout and available widgets depend on your role.
</Note>

The **Dashboard** is the first screen after sign-in. It surfaces the metrics and tables most relevant to your role — sales performance for brand users and reps, or your own orders and invoices for buyers.

## Brand users and reps

When you first log in, the dashboard typically includes widgets such as:

| Widget                       | What it shows                                 |
| ---------------------------- | --------------------------------------------- |
| Invoiced Sales Current Month | Invoiced sales vs. monthly forecast |
| On Order Sales Current Month | Open order value vs. forecast |
| YTD Invoiced Sales           | Year-to-date sales with year-over-year change |
| Sales Trend Chart | Invoiced and on-order sales over time |
| Top Performing Accounts      | Highest-revenue accounts                      |
| Open Orders Summary | Count and dollar value of unfulfilled orders |

Additional widgets you can turn on include **Rep Sales Matrix**, **At-Risk Accounts**, **Order Follow-Up Required**, **Top SKUs**, **Commissions MTD**, **Sales Territory Map**, and more.

## Account (buyer) users

Buyer dashboards focus on your own account:

| Widget                    | What it shows                                   |
| ------------------------- | ----------------------------------------------- |
| Top SKUs — Last 12 Months | Your most-ordered products                      |
| Sales Trend | Recent and upcoming invoiced and on-order sales |
| Outstanding Invoices | Unpaid invoices sorted by due date |
| Unfulfilled Orders | Open orders awaiting fulfillment |
| D2C Top Sellers           | Brand-supplied direct-to-consumer bestsellers   |

## Customizing your dashboard

Every user can personalize their own layout:

1. Click **Customize** in the top-right corner of the dashboard.
2. Toggle widgets on or off, drag to reorder, and resize tiles.
3. Click **Save layout** to keep your changes.

Your layout is personal — changes you make do not affect other team members.

See [Dashboard customization](/features/dashboard) for the full widget list and tips.

## Refreshing data

Dashboard data refreshes automatically as you use the app. Most metrics use a few minutes of caching, so very recent changes may take a moment to appear.
