# Buyer Portal

> What account (buyer) users see and do in Keystone B2B.

<Note>
  **Who this is for:** Account (buyer) users — retail buyers invited to the Keystone portal for a specific customer account.
</Note>

As a buyer, you sign in to manage **your account's** orders, invoices, and returns. You do not see other retailers' data or brand-wide settings.

Invitation emails for buyers link here so you can learn the portal before (or right after) you accept access.

## Placing an order

When your brand has ordering enabled:

1. Go to **Ordering → Place an Order**.
2. Browse products with your account's pricing.
3. Add items to the cart and submit, or save as a draft.

Drafts appear under **Transactions → Draft Orders**. Submitted orders flow to your brand for processing.

## Tracking orders and invoices

* **Sales Orders** — confirmed orders and fulfillment status
* **Invoices** — amounts due and payment history
* **Shipments** — tracking when available
* **Returns** — submit and track return requests for your account

## Pricing and ATS

Your pricing level is set by the brand. On **ATS** and ordering screens you see quantities available to sell for your account's price level.
